Bio

A little something for the Mod Wolves...

Ha ha. I'm Vince Noir, and I'm King of the Mods, among other things. I'm a cheeky South London urchin that used to work in a zoo called the "Zooniverse". That was a right laugh. I've got the rare ability to speak to animals like a modern day Mowgli, but I often squander this gift by talking to them about Gary Numan. I was raised in a forest by Bryan Ferry. Imagine that. Poor old Bryan, he was always getting up to his old tricks with Jahuli the leopard.

I fear jazz. I can't deny a big fat hulking truth like that. It has a lack of rules and boundaries! It's a fence, but NO, it's too SOFT. The only thing worse than jazz is jazz funk, jazz's deformed cousin. Crikey.

I once saw my best friend Howard calm a llama down - it was hoofing everything! Hoofing here, hoofing there, it walked into a sweet shop, dressed up like the owner, a little girl walked in; HOOFED HER IN THE FACE. Ooooh, it wasn't pretty. Howard Moon is all right though. He's a big square potato-faced guy, but once you get past the psychedelic Bill and Ben meets M.A.S.H in a Twiggy nightmare garden fashion sense, he's not so bad. We lived in a flat with Naboo the shaman, and Bollo, Naboo's gorilla familiar. Great stuff.

My hair is a huge and intricate production (there are up to 21 people working on it at any one time). I preen and dress up in the outrageous clothes of a Camden ponce. I left the Zooniverse to become a famous pop star like my idol, David Bowie, and now I work in a shop and use what I like to call the Celebradar to find popstars in London, brilliant! Howard sells elbow patches ... we won't go into that.

I also like bright colours and soft fabrics. You can't go wrong with a nice comfy scarf. Ha ha. Lovely. =)
